Oh, those pesky boundaries. We all need them. Or, we all want them? Are we putting pressure on ourselves to show up to a concept we may not even fully understand? Today on the show I’m talking about boundaries and why they can be one of the most important puzzles pieces when it comes to your health, wellness and definitions of those both.
